Dog Friendly Walks In Scotland - Galloway Forest Trail

Dumfries & Galloway, tucked away in Scotland's south west corner is a stunning part of the country and home to the impressive Galloway Forest, run by Forestry Commission Scotland.

There are 3 visitor centres in the forest and loads of forest trails and paths for great dog friendly walks with lovely views.

Dog Friendly Scotland's 3 labradors have recently enjoyed the Larg Trail which affords great views of the area, is approx 4 miles long and takes around 2 hours to walk The trail starts from the Kirroughtree Visitor Centre near Newton Stewart.
