Dog Friendly Scottish Beach - Sandyhills

One of the Plus 2 Dogs labradors, young Moss (1 year old this week!) recently experienced his first trip to the coast - surprisingly he didn't try to eat the sand and wasn't remotely interested in the sea!

Still, he did enjoy an extremely good run around on the miles of sand....

Sandyhills is in Scotland's Dumfries & Galloway, not far from Dalbeattie, there are no dog restrictions and, besides the sand and sea, you can enjoy great ways across the Solway Firth to the fells of the Lake District in Cumbria... highly recommended!!
