Dog Friendly Day Out In Scotland - The Hirsel, Coldsteam

The Scottish Borders has some great dog walks to offer - from beaches to forests and woodlands to country estates.

Dog Friendly Scotland walked at The Hirsel Country Park with 2 of our labradors recently and thought it was a great spot, just look out for the golfers and flying golf balls as some of the trails cross the golf course!

There are several trails to choose from - a shorter stroll around the lake or longer strolls though woodlands.

After the walk you can en joy refreshments in the courtyard cafe - when we visited the scones were delicious!
